Adding a Tag

This article explains how to add tags to offers in Apply. Tags help your team organise, filter and identify applications quickly.

How tagging works

  • Tags are applied at the offer level.
  • Each offer can have multiple tags, managed independently.
  • This means different offers for the same applicant can carry different tags.

Where the tag list comes from

  • The available tags come from your university's configuration.
  • The same set of tags is shared across both Apply and CAS Shield.
  • As a result, you'll see the full list of configured tags, whether they're mainly used in Apply or in CAS Shield.

To add or change the tags available in the list, the update must be made in your university configuration — tags can't be created or edited directly within Apply.
