When will the student be required to upload the document?

If the source of funds declared by the student is in the parents' name.

If the upload of the document has been set as 'Required' then the pop up window below will be displayed.

If they do not have a copy, they can click "Not yet" and return to the document upload later.

If they have a copy available, they can click "Yes". The student is required to confirm the elements in the checklist as shown below.

If something is wrong, it will indicate what amendments/changes the document needs to be compliant.

If the upload of the document has been set as 'Advice-only' then the pop up window below will be displayed. Once they confirmed "I understand" at the bottom, this section will be marked as complete.
