How to reject a document

All users can reject a document, except those with View Only access.

Follow these steps to reject a document:

  1. Click on a student’s record
  2. Go to the document section to review
  3. Click on the red X next to the document name
  4. Add a rejection reason. The student will be notified & the system will automatically generate a new request.
  5. Click on “Reject file”

 

Note: You can choose not to request an alternative document, simply untick "Request new document"
