You can sort by any of the columns listed on your spreadsheet biew
To perform this, click on the desired section you would like to sort by, for example days in stage.
Note:
First click sorts by A-Z, lowest - highest.
Second click sorts by Z-A, highest - lowest.
Third click bring back the default view.

You can also sort by choosing which students you want to include, for example from university only, or including pathway students, if applicable.
You can also choose to sort by intake.
