How to upload a document

All users have the option to upload a document to a student's record on their behalf.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on a student’s record
  2. Go to the document section to review
  3. Click on the upload icon next to the document name
  4. Click on “Choose file” and select the document. File types that can be included are limited to: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp & pdf
  5. Once uploaded, click on “Save & continue”

Note: Agents have the ability to upload documents on behalf of students through their own Enroly CAS Shield agent portal.
