Student Record - CAS Checklist
When entering a student record you will be in the ‘CAS Checklist’ section. The section you are in will be highlighted in blue.
You can see next to each section how much is complete.
How many sections are visible will depend on what stage the student is at and how many stages your university requests to be set up.


CAS Checklist is a summary of the information synced by the institution / confirmed & provided by the student. If any information provided by the student does not match your institutions information then a conflict will appear. To resolve the conflict click on the arrow where the conflict is located and keep the correct value.

Information Check includes the student’s personal information, country of application, academic history and previous visas/visa refusals, travelers and dependants, and the source of fund calculator
General and Financial Documents depend on your institution requirements and the students' answers to the questions - it can include bank statements, birth certificates, loan/sponsorship letters, etc.
Pre-CAS Questionnaire is fillable only by the students themselves and isn't editable. An agent cannot see the questions nor fill in the answers until the question is complete. It contains questions regarding their current knowledge of the University, their future plans, etc.
Interviews (if utilised by your institution) is where the student’s interview status can be viewed; where you can request the student to attend an interview and indicate if the student passed or failed their interview.
Upload & Preview
If you have a document you would like to upload click on the Upload Icon.
If a document has already been uploaded you can view it by clicking on the preview icon. You will be able to rotate and zoom in and out of the document. If there are multiple documents you can pin the view (keep it rotated or zoomed) as you review the other documents.
If no document has been uploaded there will be no preview ‘eye’ icon visible. 

Approve and Reject
Approve

You can approve and rescind approval by clicking the ✔ button.
Reject

You can reject a document by clicking the x button

Once a document has been rejected it cannot be approved again and another will have to be uploaded.

Once a document has been rejected, there's no option to delete the document.

If rejecting a document, write a rejection reason informing student of the reason for the rejection

Custom documents
Need further documents? Click on "Request custom document".
You can choose to generate a custom document viewable and uploadable by staff only or to request it from the student/agent.
The document name, description, and instructions can be typed in.
