Understanding the No Active Intake screen
The "No Active Intake" screen appears when a student is not currently associated with any active intake. This may be due to reasons explained below.
Common Scenarios That Trigger the "No Active Intake" Screen
-
Offer is in Deferred State
-
When a student’s stage is moved to Deferred.
-
As a result, the student will see the "No Active Intake" screen.

2. Offer is in Closed Lost
-
If the student record is in Closed Lost

3. Intake is not yet active.
-
The system will display “Too early for CAS” if the intake has not yet opened after the student login.
4.Offer Status is Declined
-
Offers marked as Declined means that the student no longer has an active offer with you. This would be because they have withdrawn or been rejected for example.

Note: If the declined offer in the student’s record is an error, the record must be updated with the correct offer status, either conditional or unconditional, depending on the type of integration used in CAS.
