University Staff Login Issues in CAS Shield
- Single Sign On (SSO) - These users don't need to input their username and password, as their CAS Shield account is linked from their Access Management System.
- Non-SSO - These users need to input their username and password to access CAS Shield.

If you're unable to log in, please check first with your IT Department.

If your IT Department has confirmed that there's no issue on your end, please reach out to CAS Shield Technical Support to further investigate.

Confirm the username being entered. Remember that the university username is case-sensitive, where the first letter of the first and last name is capitalised.

Confirm if you are using the correct CAS Shield link.

Please reach out to CAS Shield Technical Support for resending the invitation or resetting the password.
Important note for non-SSO users: when you are first invited to CAS Shield, you will be sent a temporary password to log in. Please take extra care when copying this password from the email to ensure there are no spaces included, as this will cause an error when you try and log in.
Your username and password are case and space sensitive.
