Video Interview statuses are visible on the spreadsheet view under the Recorded Interviews column. You also have access to the "Recorded interviews" filter under the Engagement section to filter by any specific status/outcome. See below statuses/outcomes and their respective signification.

The student is (or has previously) been invited for a resit. |

Note: Interview statuses will only be shown if your institution has opted in for the video interview feature.
Note: There is no issue with the interview when it says ‘attempted’. It simply means the student entered the interview but did not complete it. On some occasions, you may see in the activity log that the student is invited to another interview when their status is attempted. This happens when the student enters and leaves the interview more than once, and it is a security measur,e meaning that the interview is refreshed and new questions are selected from the bank of questions. The interview should be taken in one continuous attempt.

Hovering over the column shows the status for each interview if there are multiple interviews associated with an offer.

For offers with multiple interviews that share the same status (e.g., all are recorded), the system shows the timestamp of the most recently recorded interview.

Deleted Status: Indicates interviews cancelled by a user.
