When will the student be required to upload the document?
If you require this document to be uploaded on CAS Shield, all students will have to upload a copy of their company sponsor letter, should they have selected this type as one of their source of funds.
If the upload of the sponsorship document has been set as 'Required', the pop up window displayed below will appear. The student is required to confirm the elements in the checklist as shown below.
If something is wrong, it will indicate what amendments/changes the document needs to be compliant.
If the upload of the sponsorship document has been set as 'Advice-only', the pop up window displayed below will appear. The student can choose to read a list of requirements or go through the checklist exercise to verify their document. In the same way as above, if there is something wrong with their Sponsorship letter, they will be warned.
