When will the student be required to upload the deposit transfer receipt?
If you require this document to be uploaded on CAS Shield, all students will have to upload a copy of their deposit transfer receipt.
The student will be prompted to do so when they have confirmed or declared or paid a deposit
If the upload of the deposit transfer receipt has been set as 'Required', the pop up window displayed below will appear.
If the upload of the deposit transfer receipt has been set as 'Advice-only', the pop up window displayed below will appear.
What if the student has not yet paid a deposit?
If the student indicates they have not paid a deposit yet, they will be shown the below which includes a link to your University's payment page including your instructions on how to pay a deposit.
