How to use custom tags?

Step by step instructions on how to use custom tags

Please note: Custom tags can only be created by university users with Admin access.

  1. From any section on the student record (e.g. CAS Checklist, Info Check, General Docs) click the "Add tag" button at the top of the page

  2. Select the required tag from the dropdown list and click "Add tag".

  3. The tag will now appear under the student's name.

    How to remove a custom tag

    You can remove any custom tags that the student may have on the student record. To do this, click on the 'x' that is next to the tag.
