When will the student be required to upload the document?
Students are always required to upload a copy of their passport. It can also be set to advice only but this is no used by our partners as the passport is an essential document to the CAS process to confirm the identity of the student.
If the upload of the document has been set as 'Advice-only' then the pop up window below will be displayed
If the student's passport is to expire soon, the system will automatically request a copy of their renewed passport.
If they have not yet applied/received it, they have the option to inform you. They will be able to upload a copy when they have received their new passport.
