Stamped Student Visa Vignette

The document becomes visible once the student reaches the CAS Issued stage. However, it is only required for upload after the student arrives in the UK. The document count under the Arrival Docs Section will only update once the student's arrival status is updated to "Arrived" and therefore, after the student has received their visa.

You can see below a screenshot of what the student will be required to complete before uploading the document. This includes:

 

• Confirmation of whether they have received their vignette

• Visa start date

• Visa end date

If the student has not yet received their vignette, they can select "Not yet" and go back to upload it later.
