Tags: How to Add and When to Request Support

Where to Add Custom TagsCustom tags are managed in:

  • Configuration > Tags > Custom Tags

Who Can Create Custom TagsOnly the following roles can create or manage custom tags:

  • UniAdmin

  • CAS/Enroly Team

If you do not have access, contact your UniAdmin.

Tag Limit

  • There is a limit to how many tags can be added to a student record

  • Once the limit is reached:

    • No more tags can be added

If you reach the limit, you must contact the CAS/Enroly Team to request an increase.

When to Request HelpRequest support when:

  • You need a new custom tag created

  • You do not have access to Configuration > Custom Tags

  • You have reached the tag limit and cannot add more
