When will the student be required to upload the document?

The student will usually be required to upload this document by default, unless configured to 'Advice-only' by the institution.

Note: The document has the same logic as the Bank Statement, and can have a translation or a bank letter. See Bank Account article.

If the upload of the document has been set as 'Required' then the pop up window below will be displayed. The student is required to confirm the element in the checklist as shown below.


If the upload of the document has been set as 'Advice-only' then the pop up window below will be displayed. Once they confirmed "I understand" at the bottom, this section will be marked as complete.

When will the student be required to upload the document?

If the student's source of funds declared is in the parents' name.

If the upload of the document has been set as 'Required' then the pop up window below will be displayed. The student is required to confirm the element in the checklist as shown below.

If something is wrong, it will indicate what amendments/changes the document needs to be compliant.


If the upload of the document has been set as 'Advice-only' then the pop up window below will be displayed. The student can choose to read a list of requirements or go through the checklist exercise to verify their document. In the same way as above, if there is something wrong with their letter, they will be warned.

Once they confirmed "I understand" at the bottom, this section will be marked as complete.
