When will the student be required to upload a visa refusal letter?
If the student’s visa status is Visa Refused (regardless of their current stage), or if the student is moved to the Visa Refused tab (regardless of visa status), the document request is hidden.
The document request will remain hidden if:
- No document has been uploaded yet, and
- The student is in any tab other than Visa Refused, and
- The student’s visa status changes to any status other than Visa Refused, Intends to Defer, or Intends to Withdraw.
(This prevents accidental changes to Visa Refused from triggering document requests.)
